Xavier Ozovek is the founder and CEO of Xavier's Exotics, a comprehensive online resource dedicated to assisting aquarium enthusiasts in selecting, caring for, and managing both freshwater and saltwater fish. With a lifelong passion for aquatic life, Xavier has immersed himself in the world of fishkeeping, drawing inspiration from the wonders of the underwater realm.
From a young age, Xavier has been captivated by fish and all things aquatic, with a particular fascination for turtles and freshwater fish. His insatiable curiosity and love for these creatures have fueled his journey as a dedicated hobbyist and entrepreneur.
Xavier's personal collection reflects his deep-seated passion for aquatic life. With over 86 tanks teeming with a diverse array of fish species, as well as several reptiles and even a scorpion, Xavier's commitment to the hobby is evident. Over the past decade, he has cared for more than 1000 fish spanning 60 species, along with two tarantulas, 17 lizards, 5 frogs, 25 terrapins, several salamanders, and more. His eclectic menagerie also includes a flock of chickens, adding to the unique charm of his home.
